Eversong Woods
The healed blood elf homeland — original Eversong, the Ghostlands, and the Isle of Quel'Danas rebuilt as one modern zone. Campaign start; Silvermoon City is the hub.
Midnight · Leveling
Midnight's campaign flows through four zones. First character: follow the story — it gates endgame systems and the Haranir unlock. Alts: mix dungeon spam, delves, and zone side content around whatever bonus events are running.
The healed blood elf homeland — original Eversong, the Ghostlands, and the Isle of Quel'Danas rebuilt as one modern zone. Campaign start; Silvermoon City is the hub.
The Amani empire expanded from the old raid into a full leveling zone. Dense quest loops — great XP per hour.
The Haranir homeland: a bioluminescent fungal jungle. Slower, exploration-heavy — this is where the expansion's new race and reputation live.
The void-corrupted endgame zone and the campaign finale. Finish here at 90 and roll straight into the endgame loop.
Four leveling dungeons ship with the expansion. Queue while questing; tank or healer queues make dungeon-only leveling viable for alts.
Delves (now with Valeera Sanguinar as companion) and the outdoor Prey hunts scale while leveling and drop gear that carries into the endgame floor.
Guild leveling nights
The Syndicate runs leveling nights the same way on retail as on Thera: grab a tank, fill with guildies, chain dungeons in voice. Post your character in Discord and officers will slot you into a group.
At 90, your first stops: unlock the season's delve tier, cap your weekly crests, and get on the raid roster for The Voidspire. The gearing guide takes over from there.
Officer route notes
The 80–90 run is the smoothest leveling band Blizzard has shipped in years — four zones, one continuous campaign, and no borrowed-power systems to grind on the way. First character: follow the story straight through, because it gates the endgame systems and the Haranir unlock, and the Voidstorm finale sets up the raid tier you are about to enter. Expect eight to twelve hours played for a first run, faster with rest XP.
Alts are where the route notes earn their keep. Dungeon-spam works if you queue tank or healer; delve chains with Valeera scale to your level and drop gear that carries into the endgame floor; and zone side content around whatever bonus event is running fills the gaps. The guild runs leveling nights most weeks — a tank, a healer, and voice chat turn the 80–90 band into a single evening's work.
